Fast-growing Breakthrough Case Management has been shortlisted for two awards in recognition of its commitment to creating a change-making business within the sector.
Breakthrough has received recognition in the prestigious Access Legal Modern Law Awards in both the business growth and marketing and communications categories.
The business, established in 2018, is becoming known as a one-stop-shop expert case management solution for solicitors, which has helped to underpin its significant growth.
Coupled with the client commitment and service excellence it delivers – inspired by the nursing backgrounds of founders Annabelle Lofthouse and Catrin May – Breakthrough is regarded as a case management company pushing the boundaries of traditional ways of working.
Its double shortlisting in the Access Legal Modern Law Awards helps to confirm its presence in the personal injury market even further.
The business growth award shortlisting recognises Breakthrough’s significant year on year achievements compared to national averages. This includes geographical expansion, strong financial performance, a suite of new complementary services and a rise in both staff and client numbers. All while continuing to deliver on its core commitment of making a difference to people’s lives.
Breakthrough’s marketing and communications recognition acknowledges its innovative campaign designed to appeal both to the individuals and families who need their support, as well as to the personal injury legal sector.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be joining some outstanding industry colleagues as finalists in not one but two awards,” says Annabelle.
“To be shortlisted is wonderful recognition for everyone here at Breakthrough, not just our dedicated case managers but the crucial people behind the scenes who help our high performing teams deliver first class services to both referrers and clients.
“It’s a real testament to our shared team values, professional expertise and collective commitment to quality.”
The Access Legal Modern Law Awards will be held on April 7 in London.
