JCP Solicitors strengthens brain injury support with new starters

Wales-based JCP Solicitors has welcomed new staters Carlos Land and Jessica Thomas to its serious injury service to support those who have suffered as a result of birth or brain injury.

Land and Thomas join JCP’s teams dealing with serious injuries, and will both be based in the company’s Swansea Head Office.

JCP has confirmed that Land will take on a Director role in the Catastrophic Injury team, and Thomas will join as an Associate Solicitor in the Court of Protection team.

Land joins JCP Solicitors from Hugh James Solicitors, bringing over 25 years’ experience to the team. As a Director in Catastrophic Injury, Carlos will lead on caseloads of clients who have experienced life-changing injuries.

Thomas joins the company from Hopkins Law, bringing experience in deputyship and trust matters. Thomas works to support those who have suffered from a birth or brain injury and are unable to manage their own financial affairs.
