Episode 4 of the SR Times Podcast is now live, this week we speak with captain of England’s cerebral palsy team, Matt Crossen.

Matt suffered a stroke in 2013, after suffering an injury to the nose whilst playing for Northern League Division 1 side Marske United.

The stroke would leave Matt with permanent paralysis in his left side and he’s lived with cerebral palsy ever since.

However, after picking himself back up and teaching himself coordination skills needed for football all over again, Matt got back to playing and was soon picked up by England’s cerebral palsy team, who he now captains.
