Neuro-rehab device business MyndTec Inc has announced a strategic collaboration with a key figure in the advancement of rehab robotics globally. 

Zen Koh, co-founder of Fourier Intelligence, will work with MyndTec to help identify acquisition opportunities to bolster the ongoing expansion of the business and drive product innovation. 

A highly-respected name in rehabtech around the world, Zen has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of the sector through his commitment to promoting collaboration and pushing boundaries around patient outcomes. 

As well as being Global CEO of fast-growing Fourier Intelligence, Zen is incoming president of the International Industry Society in Advanced Rehabilitation Technology (IISART), and co-founder and executive director of MotusAcademy.

He has also been appointed as general chair of RehabWeek 2023, which will take place in Singapore in September and unites expertise and knowledge from around the world for the further advancement of the sector. 

MyndTec’s collaboration with Zen comes as a key time for the business, which is growing strongly and is committed to improving patient outcomes and quality of life through the further expansion and adoption of its range of cutting-edge medical devices, which use advanced Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) technology.

The Canadian-based business, which already has a distribution agreement in place with Fourier Intelligence, is now looking at new opportunities for cost-effective and user-friendly digital therapeutics for neuromuscular rehabilitation.
