Entries for the Inspirational Contribution Award, part of the NR Times Awards 2026, close at midnight on 30th September, giving nominators only a few weeks to put forward the people who deserve recognition.
The award exists to celebrate the countless stories of hope found across the brain and spinal injury community.
That could be a patient who has defied expectations to reach a milestone, a clinician who has gone the extra mile for a client, or a charity worker or family member who quietly keeps a support network together.
Whoever it is, the category is there to make sure their story is properly recognised before time runs out.

Who should enter
This award is not limited to clinical or care staff; patients, volunteers, fundraisers and relatives can all be nominated, as long as their contribution has genuinely changed lives for the better.
