Research has consistently shown the inextricable link between biomedical health, psychological wellbeing and social factors. In the context of case management, in order to maximise clients’ rehabilitation potential, biomedical issues should therefore not be isolated from their psychological and social counterparts as these components are interconnected and interrelated.
