Case management company Breakthrough has been shortlisted in the CMSUK Awards 2024.
Breakthrough has been shortlisted in the Small Case Management Company of the Year category of the coveted awards, in recognition of its excellence in supporting clients alongside protecting the wellbeing of its team.
The shortlisting comes on Breakthrough’s first time of entering the awards, with the company progressing strongly since its inception in 2018 to now hold an esteemed reputation across the country.
This year’s CMSUK Awards have the theme ‘Impossible into Possible,’ and focus on both client progress and outcomes, as well as the ongoing progression of case management teams and processes in an ever-changing world.
Breakthrough CEO, Annabelle Lofthouse, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be shortlisted in the CMSUK Awards and thank the judges for recognising the outstanding work we’re doing for both our clients and with our team internally too.
“Our clients are at the centre of everything we do, and we continually innovate and develop our service so we’re supporting them in every way possible and ensuring they are given the best possible chance of maximising independence.
“But to deliver that, we also need to support our team, in what can be a very challenging role.
“The wellbeing of our case managers is fundamental to us being able to support our clients, and we are keen to do all we can to protect them from burnout.
“Our continual development, and the fact we’re always looking for new and improved ways to do things, is why our referrers continue to give us work – and that network is growing all the time.
“We’re delighted our commitment to excellence has now also been recognised by CMSUK.”
The winners will be announced in a ceremony in London on September 13, which representatives from Breakthrough will be attending.
