Who deserves to be recognised?
The award is open to nominations for care providers that can demonstrate a genuine commitment to going beyond expectations.
That could mean introducing new approaches to care, responding creatively to complex needs, supporting someone through a particularly challenging period or consistently delivering an exceptionally high standard of care.
The strongest nominations will demonstrate not only what the provider does, but the difference that work has made to the people receiving its services.
Importantly, nominations do not have to come from the provider itself. Families, colleagues, case managers and clients can all nominate a care provider they believe has made a genuine difference.
This means the award provides an opportunity for people who have experienced exceptional care first-hand to ensure that the organisations responsible receive the recognition they deserve.
