We are looking for Rehabilitation Field Case Managers, with a background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy, UK-wide, to join our Industry Leading Team.

Support Worker (Bury, England – Remote)

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, and proactive ‘Support Worker’ or PA to join our small team of established carers in the Hawkshaw area of Bury.

Working a 12-hour shift on a Friday between the hours of 9 am to 9pm. However, must be flexible to meet the needs of the client and also cover staff holidays and/or sickness if required.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic carers/support workers, with a commitment to promoting and maintaining an independent lifestyle for our client with complex care needs.

Our client suffered a brain injury at birth. He is dependent on others to meet his needs.

He requires full assistance with personal care and activities of daily living.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills while delivering care to an individual in their own/family home. He lives with his family in an adapted Dorma bungalow and has access to an adapted vehicle to enable access to the community.

You will undertake a range of duties to support him, working closely with other members of the team in providing the highest standards of health care.
