On January 26th, 2024, Anthony experienced a stroke that affected the right side of his brain, resulting in full paralysis on the left side of his body.
At the time, he could only move two or three fingers on his right hand. The sudden loss of independence was a life-altering moment for him.
Since arriving at Circle Rehabilitation, Anthony has experienced a remarkable transformation.
Anthony said: “My life has been transformed in every possible way — and I mean that.
“Me and the team have been setting goals that might seem small to others, like buttoning a shirt, but for me, they’re huge milestones.”
He reflects on the emotional toll of his journey: “I was in a very dark place — going from being fully independent to relying on my family for everything.
