Stroke survivor Nick Clarke is a former professional footballer, whose world turned upside down in 2012 after he collapsed on his bathroom floor.
He has since set up his own charity, Stroke Information, which aids stroke survivors and their families. Here, Nick tells us about his own journey and some inspiring patient stories from fellow survivors.
