Kinetikos platform supports Parkinson’s nurses

A remote monitoring platform from Kinetikos is helping Parkinson’s nurses to prioritise patients and help to ease the burden of their workload.

The Kinetikos system (DTAC ready for NHS use) enables healthcare providers like Parkinson’s nurses to better monitor and manage their patients, giving patients support and treatment remotely using mKinetikos smartphone app.

Parkinson’s nurses stated that they don’t have enough time for appropriate care and nursing.

Early detection of deterioration and patient self-management are the key to prevention, and regular monitoring of important indicators can slow down prevent disease progression. Digital health tools like Kinetikos are key to achieving this monitoring.

mKinetikos app, your patient’s clinical ally

With mKinetikos, patients take control of their symptoms. The mobile app allows them to register medication and symptoms, and even report events like falls to the clinical team. The app also monitors their mobility and allows completion of mobility tests and PROMs.

Kinetikos platform, clinicians’ patient management ally

Developed with Parkinson’s nurses and allied HCP in mind, Kinetikos reduces unnecessary appointments, enables risk stratification of patients and prioritised follow up, saving time for both HCP and patients. It’s simple and quick, and through a web dashboard you can see real time monitoring data, modify prescriptions, communicate with patients and send them out tests and scores.
