Komplex Care is a specialist provider of high acuity care, with the ability to support clients throughout the UK. Supporting clients with nurse-led care, the business enables clients with even the most complex health condition to thrive within their own homes.

The team delivers a range of specialist complex care to both adults and children across the country, with the aim of supporting individuals to lead full and dignified lives, with each client having their own operations manager and registered nurse in their preferred place of care.

Formed in 2019, Komplex Care has continued to grow year on year, allowing continued addition to its services along with the creation of employment UK wide.

Its commitment to quality and drive to continually improve services resulted in achieving a ‘Good’ CQC rating within its first two years of operating. This affirmed that Komplex’s processes and services are in line with its ethos of delivering high quality care.

Its continuous growth has allowed expansion, with the first big change being the headquarters in Shropshire. The move has allowed Complex to grow our state-of-the-art training facility, accommodate ever-growing support teams, offer superb facilities to invite clients and staff into, and a little spare room for the future.

The training provided is tailored specifically for clients’ needs and includes one-to-one training sessions and competency sign-off from the clinical team. Komplex Care’s dual roles as a provider of both complex care and clinical training helps to ensure all staff are constantly at the forefront of best practice in care.
