Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist specialising in Neurorehabilitation to join our multidisciplinary team at The London Neurocognitive Clinic, based at 10 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PF. The successful candidate will provide specialist physiotherapy services to individuals with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries, focusing on maximising functional recovery, mobility, and independence. Experience across adult or paediatric neurorehabilitation is welcomed. A collaborative and person-centred approach is essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary framework.

Main Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients presenting with neurological and physical impairments.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual goals.
  • Utilise manual therapy, neurofacilitation, and functional training techniques to optimise recovery and participation.
  • Educate and support clients and their families in understanding treatment plans, self-management, and adaptive strategies.
  • Maintain detailed clinical records and outcome measures in line with professional and ethical standards.
  • Work collaboratively with psychologists, occupational therapists, and other allied professionals to ensure holistic care.

Additional (Optional) Duties

• Provide medico-legal or expert witness input for complex neurorehabilitation cases (at enhanced rates), where applicable.
  • Participate in service development and training initiatives within the clinic.

Skills & Qualities

• Strong clinical expertise in neurorehabilitation, with experience working with clients with brain injury, stroke, or neurodegenerative conditions.

  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, supervision, and continued professional development.
