With a focus on recognising innovation by those working in case management in the ever-changing world, and commitment to clients, the Awards have seen a strong response from those working in the sector.

The theme of the awards was chosen to recognise the turbulent times in which we live and work, as we continue to find the ‘new normal’ after the COVID-19 pandemic, and how the dedication of case managers and other professionals to achieving the best outcomes for clients only increases in the face of that. Last year’s awards highlighted the vital role of case managers during the pandemic.

Entries were received from across case management and neuro-rehabilitation, with strong levels of innovation and best practice highlighted by the judges.

“The judges were once again impressed with the quality of submissions, and they praised the creativity and tenacity of the case managers, their support staff, companies and partners, for their creative work around progressing their clients’ goals,” said Sue Ford, CMSUK chair.

The winners will be announced at a celebratory lunch in London on September 23. The guest speaker will be Nathalie McGloin, the only female tetraplegic racing car driver in the world.

Niccola Irwin, director if CMSUK, added: “We are really looking forward to seeing everyone and celebrating the achievements of case managers, their support staff, companies and partners.”
