Tickets are now on sale for one of the key events in the 2023 calendar for brain injury professionals – the BABICM Conference.
The two-day annual event continues to build momentum year on year and is seen as a ‘must attend’ by many case managers, deputies, therapists, solicitors and other professionals from across the spectrum of brain injury and neuro-rehab.
The 2023 conference – Steering Steady in a World of Complexity – will again bring together a programme of expert speakers to inform and update the audience on an array of topics.
Day one of the event – held on June 6 and 7 2023 at the Coventry Building Society Arena – will cover family matters, looking at the many aspects of working with families.
The crucial role of and relationships with the parents of injured children, the challenges for the injured parent, the position of the parent to an adult injured child and the adult child supporting their elderly injured parent will all be explored during the day.
Day two will look at the huge difficulties faced by those navigating ethically-challenging situations, and how safeguarding concerns, vulnerabilities, duty of care and questions of capacity must be balanced with empowerment, human rights, legality and choice.
The event also brings together over 50 exhibitors who will showcase their products and services – exhibitor stands have already sold out.
Early bird prices can be applied until November 14, which discounts the price of both single day and two-day passes.
