NR Times Awards to celebrate neuro rehab leaders

NR Times is inviting nominations for its 2026 People’s Choice: Leader of the Year Award, shining a spotlight on the individuals driving neuro-rehabilitation forward.

Open to any branch of neuro-rehab, the award honours someone who has stood out through their leadership, dedication, compassion and contribution to the field.

The award sits alongside a broader range of NR Times Award categories covering everything from charities and case management firms to innovations in the sector.

The winner in this cartegory will be decided by public vote from a shortlist drawn up through the nominations process, so this is your chance to put forward the person you believe deserves recognition.

The Leader of the Year award is sponsored by Cygnet.

Cygnet was established in 1988.

Since then, the organisation has developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.

As a national care provider, with a network of professional, high-quality services across the UK, Cygnet is able to offer solutions and work in partnership with the NHS, ICBs and local authorities to provide much-needed services including emergency and planned admissions, as well as community-based care.

How to enter

Nominations close at midnight on 30 September, after which voting opens.

Shortlisted individuals will be invited to a virtual awards ceremony where the winner will be revealed.
