Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered) specialising in Neurorehabilitation to join our multidisciplinary team at The London Neurocognitive Clinic, based at 10 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PF. The successful candidate will provide assessment and therapy for individuals with acquired brain injury, stroke, or neurological and mental health conditions that impact speech, language, communication, and cognitive functioning. This is an exciting opportunity for clinicians who value person-centred, evidence-based practice and wish to contribute to holistic neurorehabilitation within a supportive, specialist environment.

Main Duties

• Conduct detailed speech, language, and communication assessments for clients with acquired or progressive neurological conditions. • Deliver tailored interventions focusing on communication, cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation, and swallowing where appropriate. • Collaborate closely with neuropsychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and case managers to ensure coordinated, interdisciplinary care. • Provide training, guidance, and resources to families, carers, and other professionals to support communication strategies and generalisation of skills. • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in line with HCPC and professional standards.
